Some beautiful stills on a friday faves post since way too long. Realising I seem to stop blogging when my head is filled with so many thoughts and worries. Using the next two weeks to unravel my thoughts, make my worries less prickly & make room for energy and inspiration.

Deed me zomaar weer even denken aan de lieve, tot hippe mobiele winkel omgebouwde, KEET die ik samen met een vriendin had. Een leuke herinnering!
Fijn dat je iedere dag mooie nieuwe herinneringen kan maken.

FRIDAY FAVES [1]

Afgelopen jaar startte ik met de opleiding Interieurstyling. Fijn om het inrichten en stylen op gevoel meer te kunnen onderbouwen met kennis van bijvoorbeeld het effect van kleuren, materialen en verlichting. En te ontdekken wat mijn stijl onderscheid van het brede scala aan interieurstijlen. 

Nog meer reden om met interieurbladen en - boeken op de bank te zitten en onbeperkt inspiratie op te doen op ondermeer Pinterest.

Inspiratie die ik graag wil delen met een wekelijkse FRIDAY FAVES!

Een zwarte muur in huis is zo mooi. In balans met veel wit en voldoende lichtinval. Vorige week hebben we (zoals in ons vorige huis*) weer een wand zwart geverfd en ik wordt er oprecht blij van.

'jij bent de liefste'

Today it has been exactly four weeks since we have moved to our new home. So special that a house feels like home from day one when you share it with the people you love.
After moving all the things that were necessary and decorating the kids rooms, we are now making plans for changing our living room.
While making a moodboard on Pinterest for our plans, I fell in love with a pin with the lovely sentence  'jij bent de liefste' [you're the sweetest] made by Nelleke | Langius Design. When she saw my pin shared on Facebook she made one for our new house.
I'm so happy with this cute present!

PS. the black and white cards on the snapshots are bought at ABCD kaarten. I like the lovely freckles.

It has almost been two month since I have posted my last blogpost. I didn't have any intention to have a blogbreak, but it just happened. No special reason or perhaps because we decided to sell our house and I spent a lot of time cleaning and getting rid of things we didn't use for years. Visiting the thrift shop to deliver stuff instead of buying things. Besides my job and running the family :))

Still some painting on my to-do list, but after that we are ready. Not just for selling the house, but also for a new future step ahead which feels so lovely!

Apparently I just needed some time off, but I have missed blogging. Starting today with some happy, sunny pictures I shared on Pinterest. Expressing my mood, feelings and the lots of blessings I count.

In my short blogbreak I kept posting pictures on Instagram and pinned inspiration on Pinterest. Like some of the ones above. A crush on the great ceramics made by Kirstie van Noort, a Dutch designer. Love her work and the pastel colors of her ceramic research!
